a Fibre Body Canopy. Available for BFX 56, BFX 60,
and BFX 84 applications, Canopies include an aluminum
bulkhead and double rear doors with stainless steel
hinges and a D-ring lock affording secure, three-point
latching. Inside, there's room enough for a 6-footer
to stand without stooping. |

Tops
Our fiberglass Roll Tops for regular Service
Body and Canopy applications protect tools, equipment,
and job materials from pilferage and inclement weather.
Especially favored for utility and telecommunications
vehicles, they feature heavy-duty slides, stainless
steel hinges, and D-ring locks. Choose swing-out
double rear doors or flip-up style with tailgate. |

Tailgates
Convert the floor of a Fibre Body Service Body
into a closed bed with an optional tailgate or tailboard.
Traditional tailgates with chain retainers are available
in steel or aluminum, in 8-inch and 10-inch heights.
Or choose an 8-inch aluminum paddle-latch or drop-in
gate. |

Bumpers
Our bumper options cover the bases. The selection
includes "Sure Step" galvanized and steel
treadplate bumpers, each available with a ball plate
or pintle recess for trailer towing; aluminum step

Hotstick
Doors & Shelves
In a Fibre Body body, "a place for everything"
applies equally to hotsticks. Hotstick doors and
full-length shelves are available in a variety of
sizes to meet a variety of storage needs. Doors
include stainless hinges and lockable paddle latches.
Shelves can be plywood lined or equipped with hotstick
brackets or corrugated supports. |

Ladder
& Pipe Racks
Horizontal racks are available in your choice
of materials (fiberglass, aluminum, or steel) and
in flat or sloped orientation. Additional options
include side-mount and bow style racks made of steel
or aluminum, ladder clamps, and center hold-downs. |

Transverses
Link the two forward storage compartments with
a fiberglass transverse -- a "tunnel"
that crosses the body's floor to accommodate the
longer items you need to carry. For maximum versatility
and utility, transverses can be outfitted with shelves,
drawers, dividers, and cages, in a multitude of
arrangements. |

Compartment
Shelves
Adjustable fiberglass shelves -- pultruded
to ensure uniform thickness and strength -- are
only the beginning. Choose up to four shelves per
compartment, with or without dividers. Pad the shelves
with available rubber matting. Fixed shelves, meter
shelves, and water cask shelves (with drains) round
out the shelving options. |

Pullout
Drawers & Trays
Specify divided or non-divided pullout drawers
to add cabinet-like convenience to one or more compartments.
Available pullout tool trays are ideal for keeping
small tools together and within easy reach. |

segregating hand tools, parts, and pieces, for swift

Lock System
This easy-to-use system lets you latch and
lock all compartments on one side of the vehicle
with a single lever at the rear of the body. It's
fast and fool-proof. |

Top
Boxes & Baskets
Objects that won't fit into a side compartment
or transverse, or that need a special place all
to themselves, can usually be served by one of
our many top box or basket options. The choices
include vented fiberglass chainsaw boxes and rubber-goods
boxes, featuring aluminum treadplate lids and
rubber hasps; ladder, hotstick, and general-purpose
boxes, with side doors and slam-type or D-ring
locks; pre-punched aluminum baskets; and steel
shovel baskets.
